| Description: | In this research project, a pressure sensor is to be developed for the pressure range up to 2 mbar, which can withstand a burst pressure of at least 1 bar. A piezoresistive measuring principle is to be used and the goal is to be achieved by adapting the diaphragm geometry. In order to achieve this goal, extensive simulations and preliminary tests are necessary to find a suitable technology. | |
