| Description: | The temperature range below -200°C will become more and more relevant for the industry in the near future, especially due to the expected increase in the importance of hydrogen technology (-254°C). For this reason, the validity range of platinum resistance sensors (currently down to -200°C according to DIN standard and offer) for temperature measurement is to be extended to below this level. In addition, similar structures with other materials will be produced on wafer level with the technologies of CiS. | |
