| Description: | This project aims to advance the hybrid integration of optical sensor systems with the help of pre-structurable adhesive layers and automated assembly technologies adapted to them. Innovative materials (e.g. photo-structurable) and processes are intended to increase the added value at wafer/utility level and at the same time improve efficiency, precision and joining quality. On the basis of 2 demonstrators (leveling sensor, fiber sensor) the technology linkage will be shown. | |
