| Description: | The aim of the project is the development of a photodetector consisting of several lateral zones, which enables almost reflection-free measurements. Several approaches will be pursued and miniaturized light traps as well as photosensitive coated surface structures will be investigated, which primarily suppress directional reflections. The sensors to be developed will enable more accurate photometric measurements. | |
