| Description: | For high-precision pressure sensors, long-term stability is a decisive unique selling point. The long-term stability is significantly affected by the mounting of the pressure sensor chip in the housing and the changes in the mounting stresses. In the project, several methods were investigated which prevent or compensate for the mounting stresses reaching the sensor. This simplifies the assembly and reduces the cost of the overall system. | |
