Technological modifications open up opportunities to dispense with these grids or to save process steps. Novel technological solutions have been applied to the development and manufacture of radiation detectors and tested for industrial production. The electrical as well as mechanical parameters meet all specifications and show no significant degradation compared to those of conventional sensors. | |
