| Description: | The aim was to significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio of piezoresistive measuring bridges in order to increase the range of applications. The required sensitivity is determined by only two quantities, the signal-to-noise ratio and the stability of the sensor signal. In the project, novel technical approaches for the significant improvement of both quantities were demonstrated. A new readout concept for bypassing the 1/f noise and an improvement of the stability of the sensor signal was developed. | |
