Description: | The aim of this project was to improve the performance of photodiodes by reducing stray light, especially in the infrared wavelength range. Photodetectors with low dark current and strong photocurrent rise are advantageous for applications with low measurement signal height or applications where slow reactions take place. In addition, a sensitive photodiode based on a p-doped black silicone surface was developed. The diode structure was fabricated by immersion implantation or ion beam implantation. | |
