Polarization compensated 3D spectral sensors
German title: | Polarisation-kompensierte 3D-Spektralsensoren
Acronym: | 3D-SpekSens | |
Duration: | 1st July 2014 - 31st December 2016
Description: | A development environment for innovative silicon-based spectral sensor systems has been created. This includes design rules for new transmissive photodiodes on thin 3D-structured membranes as well as rules for packaging and interconnection technology for the compact joining of chips with filters, beam shaping elements, fiber couplers, and electronics and housing. The causes of cross-sensitivities of previous sensor solutions were elucidated with simulation calculations and targeted test measurements, and the new sensor design was derived from these. A patent was filed for this. |
