Together with Micro-Hybrid Electronic, Siegert Thin Film Technologie and 5microns, the CiS Research Institute developed a technology platform for highly reliable NDIR gas sensor technology. The innovative gas sensor system has now been nominated for the AMA Innovation Award 2022. This was announced by representatives of the AMA Association for Sensor and Measurement Technology during yesterday’s annual press conference of the AMA Association for Sensor and Measurement Technology.
CiS Research Institute also used this occasion to present our planned highlights for this year’s “Sensor+Test 2022” to the press representatives. From May 10 to 12, 2022, international exhibitors will present their sensor trends in Nuremberg at the world’s leading forum for sensor, measurement and testing technology. At our booth 1-501 in Hall 1 of the Exhibition Center Nuremberg, we will show current results of our research and development work. Highlights are
- piezoresistive pressure sensor chips with temperature compensation integrated on the sensor chip for operating temperatures up to approx. 300°C
and
- 1×1 mm² chips with structured 3D photodiode array that detects incident light from different directions.
Parallel to the SENSOR+TEST 2022 exhibition, the 21st ITG/GMA Sensors and Measuring Systems 2022 Conference will be held at the Nuremberg Congress Center.
In the poster session on Tuesday evening we are represented with a poster:
