The CiS Research Institute is partner of the started joint project “DiaTip”. Together with the partners, the efficient production of diamond tips as well as a suitable assembly process for the joining of two components “active microcantilever” and “diamond tip” shall be developed

Workshop on modern analytics opens CiS workshop series 2023

Also this year, three workshops on silicon-based sensor technology and related, current research results and latest trends within the individual focus topics will take place. The first of these three workshops was held on 6th June 2023 under the motto “Modern analytics for innovative and sustainable sensor technology & materials science” and highlighted current results from research and development in modern analytics for the semiconductor industry
