On 9th November 2023, the CiS LABday will take place at the CiS Research Institute with a focus on “Piezoresistive Silicon Pressure Sensors”.
With practical content in the form of demonstrators, live demonstrations as well as vivid presentations, the CiS LABday imparts knowledge worth knowing about piezoresistive silicon pressure sensors. As an independent event of the CiS Research Institute, the event is also an ideal complement to the AMA Seminar Pressure Measurement Technology (08.11.2023).
The CiS LABday summarises the contents of the AMA seminar and practically supplements interactive knowledge transfer in small groups with the following topics:
- Design and connection technology for pressure sensors
- Difference between current supply and voltage supply
- Determination of characteristic curves and derivation of parameters
- Analytical methods for characterisation (SEM, laser scanning microscope)
Prof. Thomas Ortlepp and Dr. Klaus Ettrich will be the scientific directors. A certificate of attendance will be issued for the CiS LABday.
