Since 1995, the international professional association for microtechnology, nanotechnology, new materials and optics & photonics has offered its members an efficient platform for cooperation, joint projects and standardisation.
4 new specialist groups are to further develop specific topics and promote the exchange of knowledge. The specialist group on subsidies is headed by Dr. Olaf Brodersen, Business Unit Manager MOEMS at the CiS Research Institute. The aim of the activities is to ensure the competitiveness of SMEs in the international environment. Thematic focal points here are the formation of consortia, the selection of suitable funding and the recording of regional focal points and specifics in accordance with strategic development trends in fields such as microtechnology, nanotechnology, new materials and optics & photonics.
