Already for the third time, the CiS Research Institute participates in the environmental competition “Stadtradeln”. The 15-member team cycled 2,300 kilometers during the campaign period. Thereby, the cyclists could not only avoid 354 kg CO2, but also won two trees for the tree planting campaign

In the competition “Erfurter Stadtradeln” the 14-member team of CiS cyclists cycled more than 3,200 km. With this action 3 new trees can be planted, another building block for more climate protection and barrier-free cycling. We congratulate the team on their success

Since a classic joint end-of-year event with all colleagues is not possible this year, the management of the CiS Research Institute engaged the Burgermann Foodtruck. With a sophisticated corona-compliant ordering procedure, all employees were able to choose from different burger menus and enjoy their pre-Christmas thank-you for their commitment in this not easy year yesterday lunchtime

The aim of the competition is to cover as many everyday distances as possible by bicycle in a climate-friendly way. From September 10 to 30, the 13-member team covered more than 1,500 kilometers by bicycle and thus won a tree
