The newly founded association sets itself the task of bundling the competences from industry and science for sensor technology in connection with microelectronics. SensorikNet e.V. serves as a communication platform, cooperation exchange and interest group. It networks developers and players along the entire value chain up to the end user in the field of sensor technology and electronics. In addition, the association is to form a central interface for specialist bodies, committees and politics.
At the founding event on 19.10.2021, the new board was elected. The chairman is Lars Dittrich (5microns GmbH), vice chairman is Prof. Thomas Ortlepp (CiS Forschungsinstitut für Mikrosensorik GmbH). Hans-Christian Fritsch (Ilmensens GmbH) and Dr. Knuth Baumgärtel (Micro-Hybrid Electronic GmbH) complete the board.
